Ordering Online & Custom Orders

Each piece in our shop is unique and signed by the artist. All dishware is microwave and dishwasher safe.* Washing by hand is recommended.

If you saw something online (e.g. on Facebook or Instagram) or at a restaurant that would like to purchase but is not listed in the shop, or if you would like to purchase multiples of an item listed as a single quantity, please contact us for inquiries.

* Anything with gold leaf and metal glaze is NOT microwavable.

Shipping Policies

Issa Pottery currently ships once a week on Thursdays (unless requested otherwise). Items will either ship ASAP if in stock or in 3-6 weeks if custom made/made to order. We will confirm availability upon receipt of your order, or alternately, you can contact us to inquire about availability.

Insurance is included for all orders over $95 and signature upon delivery is required. Shipping ceramics is EXPENSIVE! As Issa Pottery is a small business and does not qualify for shipping discounts, we try to use recycled materials whenever possible to cut down on shipping costs.

We cannot change your order once item(s) have been shipped. Delivery times and dates cannot be guaranteed as once a package has been given to a courier it is no longer in our control. Please contact us prior to purchasing if an item is needed by a specific date; you may need to upgrade your shipping services.

We currently do not ship internationally. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to place an international order.
